Shipping Information

Equipment from Duraflex is shipped in three different forms:
  1. Diving boards are shipped in cardboard containers by motor freight. CAUTION- "DO NOT FORK" notices are pasted all over the containers but the shipping companies often ignore these warnings and fork them anyway. Therefore, when your board is shipped to you, examine the cardboard container for any gouges or rips and if any are found, open the container and thoroughly examine the board for any damage "BEFORE" signing the release from the driver of the carrier. If the board is damaged, instruct the carrier to return it to the sender. Once the release is signed, the delivery company and Duraflex International Corp. are no longer liable for the condition of the board. So if you find the board damaged after you signed the release, you must accept the board as delivered.

  2. Durafirm diving stands are shipped in wooden crates and are safe from damage. The stands are also shipped by motor freight.

  3. Duraflex boards and stands are shipped Yellow Freight and Duraflex parts and supplies are shipped UPS.
